We are delighted to announce that our CEO, Granville D’Souza, DBA, has been invited to join the Global Board of Directors of the International Enneagram Association (IEA), with an initial appointment to the Development Committee supporting the IEA’s efforts in resource development and donor relations to strengthen its long-term impact worldwide.
Granville has been actively involved in the Enneagram community since 2006 and played a key role in bringing one of Singapore’s earliest Enneagram certification programs to the region in 2009. Over the past two decades, he has trained and supported practitioners, coaches, and leaders across Asia, with a focus on integrating the Enneagram into personal growth, leadership, and organisational development.
He remains deeply appreciative of the mentors who have shaped his journey, including Jerome Wagner, PhD, and Ginger Lapid Bogda, PhD, whose generosity, wisdom, and ongoing commitment continue to influence his work.
The IEA describes board membership as the highest level of organisational stewardship within its global community; a commitment to governance, vision, and the long-term flourishing of the Enneagram worldwide. EQ World is honoured by this recognition and looks forward to contributing, through Granville’s new role, to the continued credibility, community, and development of the global Enneagram field from a Asia-Pacific perspective.
