Personify Leadership is a comprehensive leadership development program that can be broken down into six two-hour modules and one four-hour module, based on your organization’s delivery preference. In addition to our standard two-day curriculum, our Train the Trainer program involves two additional days for trainers to learn the how-to’s of successfully delivering this program to their customers and organization.
This program is based on years of research from professors, neuroscientists, theorists and practitioners alike, and is consolidated into an easy-to-understand, applicable format for adult learners. We know that there are plenty of great workshops out there on leadership, but a few key factors lead us to believe that we are different:

Trainers can deliver each of the two-to-four-hour body part modules independently, in sequence or out of sequence, depending on their development priorities and time constraints.

Cost Savings
Unlike other programs where you simply learn new skills, you will actually walk away with the ability and resources to teach what you just learned. Upon returning to your organization, there is no limit as to how often you can deliver this workshop to your leaders, and you can tailor the curriculum to best fit your company culture. Moving forward, you will need to purchase one set of Participant Materials for each person you deliver the training to. Investment
Certification is S$4,550. This includes a large trainer kit full of all the materials you would need to facilitate the course, a Facilitator Guide, and 4 days of training. You could do the first 2 days of Personify Leadership and decide to take these 2 days of certification at a later stage. The workshop also includes your personal Participant Materials for the first 2 days of the training, which include a Participant Workbook, Job aids and DISC report. And all of this comes with lunches and 2 tea breaks each day.

Regular Fee: S$4850 (20th December 2016 till commencement).
