Daniel Yeo has 26 years of extensive corporate experience in the medical technology businesses in American and German multinational companies in the Asia Pacific region. Trained as an engineer and later moved into the areas of Key Account Management, Business Development, Channel Management, Sales Performance Enablement.
Working with middle to senior leaders in developing growth, agile mindsets, leadership capabilities, and people engagement skills.
Daniel partners with Melody to open and develop EQWORLD’s business in China. Daniel is the founder of the Mindful Leadership™ Program at Alive Consultancy (Pte. Ltd) with partners in Germany and China. He is also a Management Consultant with the PAWLIK Consultants GmbH owned Direct HR Group in Shanghai. Daniel works with individuals and leaders in Asia to develop their resilient/growth mindsets in order to adapt and thrive in this ever-changing world. Some of his clients included Dyson, DELL, Telenor Group, Agilent Technologies, Singapore Ministry of Education, Keppel Land China, Geely Auto, School of Management, Fudan University (Shanghai).
Daniel is active in International keynote speaking, change consultancy, and facilitating workshops in Asia and Germany. He has spoken at several high-level Human Resource Director summits and at the Fudan University, School of Management in China. Daniel is also a mentor at the Asian Institute of Mentoring.
Melody has 16 years of corporate experience in Fortune 500 companies and leading enterprises in China. She held several middle management positions in marketing, sales, and as was the HR Business Partner heading the Learning University of Geely Auto, China. As a trained executive coaching, Melody’s area of specialties included, Talent Development, Leadership Development and project consulting.
