Granville Ed D’Souza, DBA, is the Group CEO and Founder of EQ World, a consulting and training practice specialising in organisational behaviour, leadership and performance. EQ World designs and facilitates corporate and public workshops that help individuals and teams navigate change, build stronger partnerships, develop resilience and improve performance.
Granville serves on the Global Board of Directors of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and its Development Committee, supporting resource development and donor relations to strengthen the association’s long-term impact worldwide.
Coaching and Facilitation
For 29 years, Granville has helped leaders and employees understand their strengths, address challenges and develop more effective ways of working. His workshops and coaching focus on applying Emotional Intelligence and personality insights to leadership, workplace relationships, and individual and team performance.
His developmental coaching helps clients explore emotional patterns and past experiences that may affect their confidence, motivation and relationships. He encourages a deeper understanding of the issues underlying behaviour, followed by practical steps towards change.
Granville’s programmes cover leadership, performance coaching, Emotional Intelligence, resilience, energy psychology, and personality and behavioural profiling. His personalised approach draws on EQ exercises, the Enneagram, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP, Psych-K and hypnosis. He also uses profiling instruments—including DISC, Harrison Innerview, MBTI, SEI and Bar-On EQ-i—to help clients understand their behavioural tendencies and identify opportunities for development.
His three-month coaching programme incorporates psycho-cybernetics techniques to help clients strengthen their self-image, examine limiting beliefs and work towards sustained change.
